Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length, however a new client session is 75 minutes.
Are you a mom, student, professional, worrier, survivor, healing professional, or plain old stuck? Everyone with a body can benefit from this work. So Be Well offers this work to women and girls.
These one and one sessions allow one to access and strengthen the mind body connection through movement, mindfulness, and breath. As a client you are guided to become more attuned to what's happening in the present moment. Through this process, you create awareness on a new level that offers new perspective that can inform your life in new ways.
This practice does not require flexibility, physical strength, or an understanding of yoga or mindfulness.
